• Running multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

4 Betting Rules

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded.
• Pkluck6 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• The maximum bet amount per event is fixed and may vary depending on the event.
• In live betting, real-time odds fluctuations may affect the outcome of a bet.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or any fraudulent activity will be voided.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Pkluck6 reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any legitimate balance remaining in the account will be refunded; however, bonus balances will not be returned.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Bets lost due to internet connection failure.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
